Was James Brown a Libertarian or a Libertine?

So, Mike Coffman, Proposition DD, and Coors walk into a bar. Who buys the 1st round?  It's not so much the beginning to a joke as a speculation about Colorado's future. (spoiler alert I would guess it will be the taxpayers and they'll be told they like it!)  While walking the dog this morning after reading Ed Sealover's article about Coors leaving town it occurred to me these three have something in common, water.  Coors for years told us it's the  water , and with the brand now simply part of some bean counters balance sheet in Chicago that is more true than ever. Coor's water rights are deeply senior. Equally important they are proximate to a large thirsty population. If they haven't already realized the value of those two things (I would guess they know!)
